We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. The schedule is flexible and can be structured as either a few hours each day or a few full days per week.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Legal Office Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order, track, and restock office supplies
  • Prepare the office for visitors, meetings, and internal use
  • Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Legal Office Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills (phone and in-person)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Dependable and consistent availability
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook required; Excel & PowerPoint preferred)
  • NetDocuments (document management preferred)
  • Legal calendaring systems experience preferred

Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Legal Office Schedule

  • Flexible part-time hours
  • Options include:
    • A few hours per day, or
    • A few full days per week

  • Hourly rate: $27–$30/hour (targeting $27/hour)
