A well-established law firm in Dover is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Corporate Paralegal to support its Business Law practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate and business transactions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys with real estate and corporate transactions
Manage client intake, conflict checks, and file setup
Prepare and organize legal documents and correspondence
Coordinate title searches and oversee closings from start to finish
Maintain files, track deadlines, and manage calendars
Communicate with clients and third parties throughout transactions

Qualifications

3+ years of law firm paralegal experience
Knowledge of real estate transactions (NH, ME, MA preferred)
Experience with business formations and corporate transactions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Filevine or ClosingVue a plus
