A well-established law firm in Dover is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Corporate Paralegal to support its Business Law practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate and business transactions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys with real estate and corporate transactions
  • Manage client intake, conflict checks, and file setup
  • Prepare and organize legal documents and correspondence
  • Coordinate title searches and oversee closings from start to finish
  • Maintain files, track deadlines, and manage calendars
  • Communicate with clients and third parties throughout transactions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of law firm paralegal experience
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions (NH, ME, MA preferred)
  • Experience with business formations and corporate transactions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Filevine or ClosingVue a plus
