Assistant Manager – Flagship Luxury Steakhouse
A high-profile fine dining steakhouse is launching a flagship location projected to exceed $7M in annual revenue. We are seeking a polished, service-driven Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations in a luxury, high-expectation environment.

Assistant Manager Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000 – $85,000

Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of management experience in upscale, full-service dining
- Steakhouse or high-end dining experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume service
- Strong understanding of labor management and daily cost controls
- Excellent guest recovery and conflict resolution skills
- Professional presence with strong communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and polished service standards
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in premium steakhouse, high-end seafood, or luxury independent concepts
- Wine and beverage knowledge a plus
- Exposure to refined service environments
- Career-minded leader looking to grow into a GM role
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of a $7M luxury restaurant
- Lead the floor during service, ensuring hospitality standards are consistently executed
- Coach, develop, and motivate service team members
- Monitor labor efficiency and assist with scheduling
- Maintain service pacing, presentation standards, and guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence
