Director of Marketing – Multi-State Portfolio

We are seeking a hands-on marketing leader to elevate a multi-state portfolio that includes restaurants, marinas, boat dealerships, and lifestyle brands. This is a high-impact role for a creative, independent professional who wants to own the entire marketing function for a growing operator focused on memorable guest experiences and strategic market expansion.

.Director of Marketing – Benefits & Compensation

Competitive base salary between $90K and $120K
Full creative autonomy and ownership of the marketing function
Travel opportunities and cross-functional engagement across diverse business units

Director of Marketing – Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years leading marketing for multi-location hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands
Strong digital marketing expertise including SEO, paid advertising, social media, CRM, email marketing, and analytics
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies independently
Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI

Director of Marketing – Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue, traffic, and brand awareness
Own and manage all digital, social, and traditional marketing channels
Create targeted campaigns tailored to each business vertical and local market
Analyze performance metrics and optimize initiatives to outperform competitors
Oversee content creation, influencer partnerships, public relations, and community engagement
Manage marketing budgets with disciplined tracking of spend and return on investment
Ensure brand consistency across all locations and platforms
