We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of an innovative upscale-to–fine-dining venue. This role is ideal for a creative, driven chef who excels in menu development, team leadership, and building an engaging, energetic dining experience.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing chef-driven menu
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing kitchen team
  • Maintaining exceptional standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Managing food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen operations
  • Collaborating with ownership and FOH leadership on the overall guest experience
  • Being on stage with the guest and any media inquiries

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining
  • Strong steakhouse or American cuisine background
  • Passion for creativity balanced with operational discipline
  • Confident, professional leadership style
  • Polished presence
