We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of an innovative upscale-to–fine-dining venue. This role is ideal for a creative, driven chef who excels in menu development, team leadership, and building an engaging, energetic dining experience.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Creating and executing chef-driven menu
Leading and mentoring a high-performing kitchen team
Maintaining exceptional standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
Managing food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen operations
Collaborating with ownership and FOH leadership on the overall guest experience
Being on stage with the guest and any media inquiries

Executive Chef Qualifications:

Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining
Strong steakhouse or American cuisine background
Passion for creativity balanced with operational discipline
Confident, professional leadership style
Polished presence
