Responsibilities:
- Attract and secure top talent that will ensure a quality Guest experience
- Provide the highest level of leadership through ongoing training and mentorship
- Be a hands-on leader by maintaining a consistent presence in the Guest areas
- Ensuring that all Guests are provided access to all Guest experience programs
- Lead and manage a seamless Guest experience at arrival and departure
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field a plus.
- Minimum three years of experience in a front office role in a hotel, with at least two years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) (specify preferred systems, e.g., Opera, etc.).
- High-Level Hospitality or Customer Service experience
- Luxury LifeStyle Brand familiarity
- Passionate Leadership Skills
- People-oriented Servant Leader
- Trainer mindset
