Seeking a General Manager for a Fine Dining restaurant in the East Bay.
The General Manager will oversee, lead, and manage all areas of the restaurant and be present and actively a part of nightly service to ensure exceptional customer experience.

- Base salary 100-130k with bonus potential

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in a fine dining environment
- Maintain a high level of service standards by educating the staff on service techniques, and culture and developing personalized customer service
- Cost Accounting, developing budgets, financial planning and strategy, decision-making, process improvement, strategic planning, verbal communication, customer focus, management proficiency, managing profitability, and quality focus
- Positive, solution-oriented approach and calm under pressure
- Excellent communicator with proven leadership skills
- Experience mentoring and developing teams
