We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead a high-performing, guest-obsessed team in an upscale, full-service steakhouse environment. If you thrive on high standards, exceptional hospitality, and developing great people while running a tight shift, this role is for you.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

2+ years as a Restaurant Manager in upscale or fine dining full-service with extensive cocktail and wine program
Success managing annual revenues exceeding $5,000,000
Proven success hiring, training, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
Strong command of steps of service, pacing, service recovery, and peak shift leadership
Working financial acumen across labor planning, controllables, and KPI awareness
Bar/beverage oversight capability (service standards, daily readiness, responsible alcohol service)
Excellent communication, organization, and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations and deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
Coach and develop the team through effective pre-shifts, on-floor leadership, and follow-up
Execute fine-dining service standards and ensure a polished, welcoming atmosphere every shift
Manage labor and shift readiness to support business goals without compromising hospitality
Oversee daily bar and beverage execution (standards, speed of service, compliance)
Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and applicable regulations
