A high-volume, fast-paced restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver a strong, consistent guest experience. This role requires a visible floor leader who can coach teams in real time, maintain service standards, and support overall restaurant performance.

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Strong skills in scheduling, labor management, and service execution
  • Experience training, coaching, and holding team members accountable
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and decisively
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence during peak periods

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills

  • Experience in casual or high-energy dining concepts
  • New Restaurant Opening experience preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with BOH leadership and the General Manager
  • Calm, solutions-oriented approach in fast-paced service environments
