Executive Chef

We are seeking a disciplined, hands-on Executive Chef to lead a high-volume, scratch-driven kitchen. This is a leadership role for someone who protects standards, understands financials, develops teams, and drives accountability.

Requirements

Proven Executive Chef or Senior Kitchen Leadership experience
Strong scratch-kitchen background
Ability to manage food cost and understand theoretical vs. actual
Inventory control and disciplined ordering practices
Labor forecasting and productivity management
Lead from the line — visible, hands-on leadership style
Develop cooks through technique-based training
Enforce systems, prep discipline, and station readiness
Maintain food safety and sanitation excellence
Comfortable driving change and eliminating shortcut culture
Collaborative partner with FOH and leadership team
No rogue operators — aligned execution and accountability required
