Restaurant Manager – Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary: $60,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus

Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in luxury, fine dining, or Forbes-rated restaurants
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams, uphold service standards, and manage high-volume operations
- Must be willing to relocate to rural Southwestern Pennsylvania; strong tenure (3+ years per role) required
Must Haves:
- Ability to lead service on the floor, ensuring Forbes-level execution and personalized guest engagement
- Proven track record elevating team performance through training, pre-shifts, and coaching
- Experience managing VIP service, guest recovery, and fast-paced operational demands
- Strong collaboration with Culinary leadership to ensure pacing, menu execution, and service flow
Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in Forbes Five-Star or AAA Five-Diamond environments
- Background in multi-outlet luxury resort dining operations
- Wine/spirits knowledge or certifications (WSET, CMS)
- Strength in cross-department collaboration across Culinary, Banquets, Guest Services, and Events
