He started as a Host, driven by a genuine hunger to understand how a restaurant truly operates. That curiosity and dedication propelled him through the ranks, ultimately earning him the role of Sous Chef. With more than five years of hands-on kitchen experience and eight years total in the industry, Alejandro developed a deep appreciation for hospitality professionals and firsthand insight into the challenges of building, leading, and sustaining a strong, cohesive team.
Following the pandemic, Alejandro had the opportunity to step outside his comfort zone and enter the recruiting world. He transitioned into talent acquisition for industrial and engineering roles, bringing the same curiosity, work ethic, and people-first mindset that defined his hospitality career. Over three years, he gained valuable experience connecting skilled technical talent with organizations that relied on precise expertise.
