We have an immediate opening for a Chief Operating Officer in our beautiful Gillette, Wyoming office. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that projects, departments, and business functions operate efficiently, safely, and strategically. The ideal candidate will ensure operational performance, process optimization, workforce planning, and cross-departmental alignment to support the company’s long-term growth and mission. We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $280,000 and have amazing benefits and will pay your relocation.

Chief Operating Officer Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Engineering required.

• Master’s Degree preferred.

• 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role

• Relevant industry certifications preferred (PMP, operational leadership credentials).

• Experience in construction, contracting, or multi-site operational environments

• Demonstrated success in organizational scaling, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership.

• Experience developing and leading high-performing operational teams.

• Strong operational leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

• Expertise in process improvement, workflow design, and organizational effectiveness.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Chief Operating Officer Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $180K – $280K, based on experience
