Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Lead/Coach and Develop your team
Hands-on leadership mentality
Always focused on guest satisfaction
Out-of-the-box thinker who knows how to build sales and work shoulder to shoulder with your team

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

3+ years minimum experience with a full-service restaurant group
Exposure to at least $3 Million in sales
Works shoulder to shoulder with your team
Has worked your way up through the trenches
Infectious enthusiasm and passion for what you do
