HVAC Service Coordinator – Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly pay: $23 to $26/hr
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance

HVAC Service Coordinator – Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, CSR, or a home-services support role is preferred
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
  • Ability to multitask across scheduling, data entry, and customer communication
  • High accuracy with documentation and scheduling
  • Ability to build or maintain simple shared spreadsheets for tracking parts orders
  • Organized, steady, and reliable under pressure

Day-to-Day Tasks Include:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Schedule service, bids, and installs
  • Type proposals and file invoices
  • Track parts orders and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Dispatch technicians with accurate job notes
  • Update customer profiles and records
  • Send reminders, mailings, and service agreement notices
  • Handle basic office tasks like ordering supplies and processing payments

HVAC Service Coordinator – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience using FieldEdge, ServiceTitan, Aptora, or similar software
  • Familiarity with home-services workflows
  • Someone who asks questions, seeks clarity, and jumps in when needed
  • Comfort balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience supporting technicians or operations teams
