Benefits for the Real Estate Administrative Assistant:

Salary of $65,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
401(k)
Health and dental benefits after the first 30 days
100% remote work environment

Responsibilities for the Real Estate Administrative Assistant:

respond to phone calls and emails
filing
Scheduling tours, appointments, and vendor visits
Complete reports using maintenance reports and budgets sent by vendors
Report on amounts spent at each property
Data entry

Qualifications for the Real Estate Administrative Assistant:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, sales assistant, retail sales, or customer service.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word
Experience using CRM software is a plus
Must live in California
