Executive Chef

Executive Chef Qualifications:

Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:

Foster a supportive and productive team environment by interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising the culinary team
Uphold superior food and service standards while ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols
Manage operational tasks, including ordering, inventory, budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and scheduling
Collaborate with Culinary Leadership and the Events Manager to plan menus and execute special events
