Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a scratch kitchen upscale concept.
• Strong understanding of systems, methods, and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and develop team members.
• A strong passion for food and beverage.
• Self-driven with a desire to keep learning and growing.
• Problem-solving skills.
