What You’ll Do

Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, P&L management, and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and develop a best-in-class team focused on excellence and accountability.
Drive operational performance through hands-on leadership and strong business acumen.
Maintain top-tier brand, safety, and service standards while fostering a positive, team-first culture.

What You Bring

2–3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR environment.
Proven ability to build, train, and lead winning teams.
Strong financial management and problem-solving skills.
A true ownership mindset — driven, accountable, and passionate about results.
