As part of a growing, innovative, and highly respected hospitality group, we are searching for a dynamic and visionary General Manager to take the lead in our upscale, high-volume dining operation. General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 3–5+ years management experience in high-volume, upscale dining
  • Proven passion for hospitality, food & wine culture
  • Lead FOH & BOH operations with excellence and professionalism
  • Drive guest satisfaction, team performance & operational results
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, labor forecasting & cost controls
  • Partner with culinary and bar teams to deliver quality dining & beverage programs
  • Recruit, train & develop top hospitality talent; build high-performing teams
  • Inspire, mentor & hold managers accountable for their areas of responsibility
  • Build strong community and guest relationships through presence and engagement
  • Food Manager Certification required; degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred
