A people first, high-volume hospitality group seeks a hands-on Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations in Toledo, Ohio.

Executive Chef Compensation & Benefits:

Strong Base Salary from 70-85K DOE
Performance Bonuses tied to COGS, labor, and profitability
Relocation Assistance on a case by case basis to Toledo, OH

Executive Chef Job Requirement:

Actively cooking, hands-on Executive Chef with a strong kitchen presence
Experience in high-volume, multi-revenue operations
Background in catering, hotel, or stadium-style environments with orchestration across venues
Proven ability to build systems, drive consistency, and execute line checks and routines
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a servant-leader approach
Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
A working chef who can develop the team
Full accountability for COGS, labor, training, and team development
Forward-thinking culinary vision with a passion for quality and cleanliness
