Kitchen Manager – Fast Casual | Scratch Kitchen | Raleigh, NC

A well-established, high-volume fast casual restaurant group is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations at its flagship location.

Kitchen Manager Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary $70,000–$75,000
  • Attainable bonus structure tied to KPIs
  • Healthcare stipend
  • PTO (2–3 weeks, begins accruing after 4 months)

Kitchen Manager Requirements & Must Haves

  • 2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience in a fast casual environment
  • Hands-on leader; able to coach, train, and hold teams accountable
  • Systems builder – able to design and implement processes where few currently exist
  • Tech-savvy, with strong skills in scheduling, inventory, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptable, creative, and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced, multi-revenue stream environment
  • Experienced in admin responsibilities including ordering, inventory management, and scheduling

Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Scratch kitchen experience with strong attention to quality and consistency
  • Exposure to catering, baking or retail/market-style operations
  • Some fast food experience acceptable if paired with polish and focus on quality
  • Growth-minded, with proven experience developing a team
