General Manager – QSR Restaurant

General Manager Benefits & Compensation

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a quick service restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- High energy and adaptability to a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- ServSafe Certification preferred.
- Proven ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and associate satisfaction.
- Proficient computer skills.
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day activities of associates and managers to achieve targeted objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, and food quality & safety standards.
- Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
- Foster an engaging work culture focused on learning, development, and recognition.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Address customer needs and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
