We seek a passionate and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our Los Altos Cafe. This role is ideal for a leader who loves coffee, food, and people and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
General Manager -What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience in hospitality.
- Daytime availability – our cafes operate during peak morning and afternoon hours.
- Strong leadership and people management skills – we are nothing without our teams!
- A keen attention to detail in food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
General Manager -What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture.
- Embody the brand’s core values and act as a key ambassador.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory to maintain smooth operations.
- Drive sales and performance goals while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
General Manager -What We Offer:
- $80,000- 90,000.00 base salary (DOE) + quarterly bonus potential
