🌺 Lead the Future of Retail in Hawai‘i – Director of Natual

Local grocery retailer, is seeking a visionary retail leader to shape and elevate the shopping experience. Relocation to Honolulu.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and execute our natural and organic merchandise strategy in tune with Hawai‘i’s unique culture and customer needs and seasonality.
  • Lead the store in natural merchandising and product assortment to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the buying and merchandising team to increase the customer experience as well as profitability.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and world-class service.
  • Travel across the islands working with the grocery team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of leadership in natural product management (multi-unit or corporate-level).
  • Proven track record in growing sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of Hawai‘i’s marketplace, global natural market trends and customer expectations.
  • Expertise in optimizing store space and managing trends.
  • Collaborative, inspiring leadership style with excellent communication skills.
