Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a salaried restaurant manager role
- 10+ years in operations
- Positive leadership style with a hands-on approach
- Full-service, scratch-kitchen branded restaurant management experience
- Strong financial acumen to understand and improve store performance
- Genuine passion for hospitality and personal growth as a leader
- Ability to lead a team of 30+ to exceed guest expectations
Restaurant Assistant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Familiarity with operational metrics and performance improvement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
