Payroll Administrator – Hospitality Focus

Payroll Administrator Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
• Proficiency in ADP
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting systems
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to process payroll accurately and on time for 500+ employees
• Experience managing payroll adjustments including tips, commissions, and gratuities
• Capability to maintain employee data in ADP, including onboarding, terminations, and changes
• Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records and assist with system training for managers
• Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Provide backup support to accounting functions such as deposits and vendor payments

Payroll Administrator Preferred Background & Skills:

• Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Additional certifications in payroll processing or related fields
• Experience with payroll compliance and regulations
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems beyond ADP
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
