A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to play a key role in supporting accounting, reporting, and strategic decision-making within a dynamic banking environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support senior management and the Board.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on financial performance, liquidity, and capital position.
- Support liquidity and regulatory reporting requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with lending, operations, and executive leadership to analyze loan structures, evaluate portfolio performance, and ensure compliance.
- Utilize systems including Fiserv Premier, FinPro, and advanced Excel models to streamline reporting and analysis.
- Develop actionable insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and risk management.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Fiserv Premier, Excel, FinPro, and related financial tools.
- Solid understanding of loan structures, liquidity reporting, and regulatory/GAAP standards.
- Proven ability to prepare, interpret, and present complex financial reports to senior management and boards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Korean language fluency highly preferred.
