Clinical Training Manager – City, State

Clinical Training Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
Experience in clinical training or education within the medical device industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel and work both independently and within cross-functional teams
Responsibilities include developing relationships with healthcare providers, operationalizing new clinical sites, and monitoring program effectiveness

Clinical Training Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Previous experience in a clinical training role
Familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance standards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Passion for improving patient outcomes through education and training
