Executive Administrative Assistant

Looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who will have experience in providing Administrative Support and managing the daily operations of an office and its various functions.

Executive Administrative Assistant Benefits and Responsibilities:

·       Full-time Admin Asst. with generous salary based on experience.

·       Full Health Insurance, Dental, Vision

·       Generous PTO, vacation, sick days and Holidays

·       Managing all administrative activity in the company, communicating with all employees regarding key projects and activities.

·       Managing customer visits and support activity and being an essential key support person for the CEO, President and the leadership team of the company.

·       Working closely with the engineering, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure projects are complete on-time and on-budget while facilitating excellent communication.

·       Supports company Director of Operations.

·       Facilitate and organize new hire orientations.

Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

·       Highly organized, energetic, process-oriented, people savvy and have an infectiously positive attitude.

·       Have the ability to see the big-picture while being detail oriented, authentic and passionate.

·       Enjoy working independently and collaboratively, be focused and able to juggle multiple priorities.

·       Some capacity for being entrepreneurial and nimble as well as great at implementation and follow-through. We value tenacity, accountability, and being fun-loving. Responsibilities

·       Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively, serving as the organizer of all things.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Associates degree or equivalent in administration, accounting or a related field

·       3-5 Years experience as an Admin / executive assistant

·       Excellent competency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products – Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint
