CNC Machinist II – 1st & 2nd Shift – Near Columbus, GA
Join a high-performance team as a CNC Machinist II, where you will take command of CNC mills and lathes, delivering flawless precision and ensuring top-level production.
CNC Machinist II Benefits and Compensation:
- $58K–$68K base salary
- 8% shift premium for 2nd shift

- Shift options:
- 1st shift: Four 10-hour days, enjoy long weekends
- 2nd shift: Full-time with premium pay
CNC Machinist II Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CNC manufacturing experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, stock lists, and CMM reports
- Advanced knowledge of machine technology, precision measurements, and tooling
- Ability to set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to process instructions
- Experience with material handling and basic troubleshooting
- Conduct daily inspections and user maintenance on assigned machinery
- Train others on CNC processes and promote a culture of safety and quality
CNC Machinist II Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with precision tools such as gauges, calipers, micrometers, and torque wrenches
- Familiarity with tool changes, offsets, and operating preset/measuring equipment (Zoller or similar)
- A strong drive to perform every assignment with accuracy, efficiency, and pride
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
