Restaurant Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary: $65,000 – $80,000
  • End-of-year performance bonus

Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant (casual or fast-casual preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
  • Comfortable with scheduling, labor management, and inventory systems
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Food Handler and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Must Haves:

  • Hands-on floor leadership during busy shifts—this is not a desk job
  • Ability to lead pre-shift meetings, coach in real time, and resolve guest concerns on the spot
  • Experience in training new team members and leading ongoing staff development
  • Proven track record of building a strong service culture among front-of-house teams
  • Comfortable jumping into service when needed—hosting, expo, running food, or bussing tables

Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with Toast or similar POS system
  • Familiarity with modern labor/scheduling tools (7shifts, HotSchedules, etc.)
  • Background in team coaching, hospitality training, or service excellence programs
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and an approachable leadership style
  • Passion for food and creating memorable guest experiences
