Director of Operations Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Regional Leaders and General Managers, building high-performing teams
- Oversee multi-unit daily operations with a focus on speed, quality, and guest experience
- Own financial performance (P&L, labor, cost control, and profitability)
- Drive strategic growth, including support for new shop openings
- Create a fun, motivating culture where people thrive
- Prior multi-unit leadership in QSR/coffee/drive-thru strongly preferred
- Flexible schedule and frequent travel required
