Director of Operations Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Regional Leaders and General Managers, building high-performing teams
  • Oversee multi-unit daily operations with a focus on speed, quality, and guest experience
  • Own financial performance (P&L, labor, cost control, and profitability)
  • Drive strategic growth, including support for new shop openings
  • Create a fun, motivating culture where people thrive
  • Prior multi-unit leadership in QSR/coffee/drive-thru strongly preferred
  • Flexible schedule and frequent travel required
