Starting Salary: $60,000/year
Bonus Potential: Up to 15% annually (5% team, 10% individual performance)

Overview
Join our expanding financial advisory team as a Relationship Manager. You’ll work closely with one of our most seasoned advisors, keeping them organized and prepared for every client interaction. This position lets you develop deep client and internal relationships, organize vital information, and deliver a white-glove client experience. This role reports to our Director of Wealth Management Operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key coordinator for your assigned advisor’s client meeting preparation and follow-up
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to collect documents, answer questions, and solve requests
- Support client meetings by documenting detailed notes and ensuring next steps are promptly managed
- Answer inbound/outbound client calls and emails, handling non-investment questions and updating on service requests
- Manage calendars and logistics for meetings, including material prep and invitations
- Collaborate with advisors and third-party partners to request investment and insurance proposals
- Execute account transactions, transfers, and rollovers as directed
- Maintain CRM records, pre-fill account documentation, and onboard new clients
- Educate/enroll clients in digital tools
- Stay current on policies, platforms, and perform special projects as needed
Candidate Qualifications
- College Degree required
- Active Series 7, Series 66, or Series 63/65 preferred, but not required
- 2+ years of industry experience preferred (not required—exceptional new grads welcome!)
Skills & Attributes
- Ultra-organized, detail-oriented, and a strong critical thinker
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and adaptable to new technology
- A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
