Job Title: Powersports Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

The Powersports Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft. This role ensures that all equipment is serviced to manufacturer standards and provides customers with reliable, safe, and high-quality service. This position is located south of Steubenville.

Maintenance Tech Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on powersports vehicles.
  • Conduct safety inspections and identify potential issues before they become major repairs.
  • Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders efficiently.
  • Use diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and manufacturer resources to troubleshoot problems.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and explain repair needs in clear terms when necessary.

Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

  • Technical training or certification in small engine or powersports repair preferred.
  • Previous experience with side-by-side repair is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical and fuel systems.
  • Ability to use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
