Quick Serve Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

·       Minimum 3 years of experience managing in quick-serve, fast casual, or café environments

·       Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance (background check required)

·       Proven ability to manage scheduling, labor costs, and daily operations in a high-volume setting

·       Strong track record of leading, training, and motivating a diverse team

·       Hands-on in supporting food prep, beverage service, and register operations when needed

·       Ability to ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and airport operational guidelines

·       Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools

·       Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest experience

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with high guest traffic
