FOH Manager Job Requirements:
- Front-of-House management experience
- Ability to respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints
- Genuine interest in developing and supporting team members, ensuring training benchmarks are met
- Understanding of fine dining service
- Experience in interviewing and hiring quality candidates
- Strong communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
- Advocate sound financial/business decisions
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and lead by example
- Maintain an environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and passion
FOH Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain dining room with care and professionalism
- Inspect the restaurant to ensure quality food presentation, service standards, and cleanliness
- Serve, host, or bus in a fine dining atmosphere as needed
- Collaborate with F&B Director on creative improvements
- Lead and train staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Interview and hire quality candidates
