Acclaimed downtown restaurant seeks an experienced, polished General Manager to lead all aspects of operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role oversees both front- and back-of-house teams, manages budgets and cost controls, and ensures consistent execution of brand standards.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years in full-service GM restaurant management
- Strong skills in staff leadership, coaching, and development
- Proficient in budgeting, labor management, and cost control
- Commitment to outstanding guest service and operational excellence
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience in Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine
- Background in private events and group dining management
- Proven success in team retention and positive culture building
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
