Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Coaching and developing the team
- Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
- Provide constant support and motivation
- Excellent attitude, hard-working, and patient
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- 3-5 Years of experience in General Management role
- P&L experience. Forecasting, Budgeting
- Computer knowledge (Excel, POS, Windows, etc.)
- Experience in high-volume fast-casual concept
