Chef Manager – Benefits and Compensation
- $70K annual salary
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with matching
- Paid time off and referral program
- Food provided daily
- Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evening/weekend catering events
- Year-round position with no late-night restaurant hours

Chef Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of food service management experience
- Proven ability to produce high-quality meals kids love while meeting budget and quality targets
- Strong knowledge of ordering, inventory management, HACCP standards, and kitchen operations
- Experience in staff hiring, training, and team leadership
- High-end catering experience and strong presentation skills
- High energy, stamina, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Community-focused mindset and strong customer service skills
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
- Willingness to complete 3–4 weeks of training in Atlanta upon hire
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
