Event Manager – Dallas, TX
We’re looking for a talented and organized Event Manager to oversee and execute all dining and event operations on a dynamic business campus in Dallas. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $55,000
- 2% Commission on Event Sales ($30K ++)

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and manage all on-site events, meetings, and catered functions across the business campus
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, internal departments, and catering teams from event planning through execution
- Ensure top-tier service delivery and guest satisfaction for corporate dining and special functions
- Lead and motivate banquet and service staff to execute events with excellence
- Work closely with culinary, operations, and administrative teams to ensure all logistics are aligned
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout all phases of the event lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in event or banquet management, preferably in a corporate or business campus setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in coordinating high-volume or high-profile events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
