Maintenance Manager – Metals & Recycling Operations
Ready to lead and make an impact? We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to build a best-in-class maintenance program across multiple sites. If you thrive in fast-paced industrial environments and know how to keep equipment running at peak performance, this is your chance to step into a leadership role with real influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance for heavy equipment, production machinery, and truck fleets—keeping operations running smoothly and safely.
- Build and oversee preventive maintenance programs that cut downtime and boost efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a skilled team while working side by side on technical challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive improvements, manage budgets, and implement smart solutions.
- Travel to different sites to provide training, inspections, and hands-on support.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership in industrial, recycling, or heavy equipment operations.
- Strong technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic—PLC a plus).
- Proven leadership skills and a passion for building strong, safety-focused teams.
- Comfortable working outdoors and managing multiple facilities; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
