We are looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to lead our fast-casual restaurant brand. If you love scratch-cooking and multi-unit restaurant management, we would love to speak with you!
Director of Operations Benefits:

- Mostly daytime hours, with some overnight travel
Director of Operations Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit restaurant management role. Must have experience managing 6 or more restaurant locations.
- Scratch-cooking experience is essential for this role. You will be spending time in our kitchens every day. Pastry or bread experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to manage costs across multiple locations while also increasing overall sales.
- Strong people management skills. You should have a demonstrated record of sustaining and increasing employee retention to keep our teams happy and thriving.
- New restaurant opening experience is crucial, we are a growing brand.
