A fast-growing digital lifestyle brand is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Editorial & Affiliate Content Manager to lead the charge in content creation, affiliate performance, and digital storytelling across multiple platforms.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Affiliate Marketing Director to shape and execute the content and affiliate strategy, helping drive both revenue and audience engagement. This is a unique opportunity to help define voice and vision across a media ecosystem spanning editorial, email, and social platforms.

This is a REMOTE position role and open to candidates on the East Coast only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Content Oversight: Manage affiliate content across the brand’s website, newsletters, and social channels, optimizing for performance and conversion.
  • Editorial Strategy & Execution: Write, edit, and publish high-performing lifestyle blog content. Own the editorial calendar and ensure consistent publishing aligned with brand voice and trends.
  • Social Media Support: Assist in managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, crafting engaging posts and tracking performance.
  • Site & Newsletter Updates: Keep the homepage and other high-traffic areas refreshed with relevant editorial and affiliate content; contribute to regular email campaigns.
  • Branded Content Collaboration: Support branded content campaigns and ensure sponsored initiatives align with editorial standards and performance goals.
  • Affiliate Program Maintenance: Monitor, update, and optimize affiliate links and partnerships regularly.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in editorial, content marketing, or affiliate media
  • Strong writing and editing abilities with a knack for translating trends into clickable content
  • Proven experience growing and managing social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Skimlinks, LTK, Amazon) and analytics tools
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO best practices, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
