Looking for a Director of Operations with a background in full service boutique hotels or country clubs. The position would oversee a General Manager and multiple Department Heads internally while being the Ambassador of the Brand to external stakeholders. Director of Operations Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary: $115-$125K

Director of Operations Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Strong background in luxury hospitality operations (country clubs, resorts or full service hotels preferred) with overall comfortability in facilities management. housekeeping and F&B operations
- Budgeting, KPIs, and revenue generation expertise
- Must bring corporate structure while working in a creative and independent entrepreneurial environment
- Hands-on leadership: Must be present and engaged and continual boots on the ground.
- Ability to train and oversee the General Manager and Heads of Departments
