PRP Rehabilitation Specialist

We're looking for a dedicated PRP Rehabilitation Specialist to join a mission-driven team supporting adults through psychiatric rehabilitation services.

In this role, you'll develop individualized client plans, and ensure services meet state and accreditation standards. It’s a great fit for someone who is compassionate, organized, and ready to take the next step in their clinical career.

What You’ll Do

• Complete rehab assessments and create personalized goals (IRPs)
• Lead team meetings and collaborate with therapists and case managers
• Train, supervise, and support PRP staff
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Manage caseload assignments and track compliance
• Conduct monthly client check-ins
• Participate in outreach and community partnerships
• Oversee agency social media (with program director’s guidance)
• Stay aligned with COMAR and CARF standards

Who We’re Looking For

You must have one of the following (required):

• CPRP – Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner
• LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker
• LCPC – Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
• OR a Master’s in Social Work (with active Maryland license)

Bonus if you have:

• Previous experience in psychiatric rehab or clinical program management
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills
• Social media or training experience
• Familiarity with COMAR/CARF standards

Physical & Other Requirements

• Must pass State and FBI background checks
• Ability to travel locally
