A national leader in industrial furnace systems and refractory solutions. We're looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to support customer relationships, process orders, and collaborate with our technical teams. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth potential at our headquarters in Dayton, OH.

Inside Sales Associate Benefits and Compensation:

• $28–$34/hour, based on experience

Inside Sales Associate Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience using ERP or CRM systems to enter orders and track communication

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail

• Self-motivated and team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Inside Sales Associate Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in technical, manufacturing, or industrial sales environments

• Familiarity with quoting processes, inventory systems, and parts/material pricing

• Interest in learning technical products and collaborating across departments
