Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen operations in a scratch kitchen environment
  • Hire, train, and mentor back-of-house staff
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Support kitchen inventory, prep, and quality control
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu execution

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Passion for delivering top-quality food with consistency and care
