Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Passionate about hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Hands-on leader in all functions of operating a restaurant
- Results-focused mindset with a proven track record of operating and financial success
- Ability to multitask all day while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Passionate about working with all aspects related to food and beverage

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- Previous experience with using restaurant POS and programs associated with COGS and Labor control
- Back Office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of cost controls, labor targets, profit margins, and other controllable line items
