We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our expanding travel technology team. This position combines partnership management, customer success, and team leadership—perfect for a strategic “player-coach” who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment. The role will primarily focus on supply-side partnerships and managing a portfolio of high-impact enterprise accounts within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Growth:

Oversee and develop a portfolio of 75–100 B2B accounts, including major enterprise partners such as hotel groups, airlines, OTAs, and platforms like TripAdvisor.

Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management:

Manage the onboarding process and ensure ongoing success post-launch. Facilitate smooth transitions from business development and deliver continuous value through strategic account oversight.

Team Leadership:

Act as a player-coach—manage your top accounts while mentoring and supporting the growth of a developing account management team.

Partnerships & Strategic Relationships:

Cultivate and sustain impactful partnerships. Strong relationships and existing connections within the travel and hospitality sectors are highly valuable.

Technical & Product Collaboration:

Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams. Possess an understanding of connectivity and distribution systems, translating client needs into actionable product feedback.

Cross-Functional Execution:

Collaborate closely with business development, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term account success.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5–10+ years of B2B account management experience, preferably in travel tech, SaaS, or marketplaces
  • Demonstrated success managing 75–100 accounts, with an emphasis on enterprise clients
  • Experience leading or building teams in a fast-growth, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of travel supply, connectivity, and distribution systems
  • Technical proficiency and comfort working across product and engineering teams
  • Background in customer success, partnerships, or strategic account management
  • Existing industry relationships within the travel and hospitality sectors
  • Willingness and ability to work in-office (this is not a remote role)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $125,000–$150,000, DOE
  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • Bonus potential
  • 401(k) plan
  • Paid time off
